Whatever field we work and play in and whatever platform we use it’s likely we use storytelling to get our message across, to make convincing arguments, to entertain and to engage. Increasingly we also use social media as a way to share our stories and to captivate the hearts and minds of our audiences. “Social capital” now has a very real value and multiplatform storytelling is increasingly the way to ensure that our projects are contemporary, compelling and wide reaching.

This Free event explores some of these ideas and includes a live and recorded web cast from the annual Power to the Pixel conference as well as panels of speakers from the West Midlands whose experience in using social capital and multiplatform storytelling has lead to some exciting and innovative projects and new ways of working.
